Our Food Policy
At Lizzies BBQ, we are committed to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all of our guests, especially those with food allergies. To accomplish this, we kindly ask that you inform your server of any allergies within your party, such as gluten, shellfish, soy, eggs, nuts, and any others. Our team will make every effort to accommodate your needs, which may include easy changes to ingredient selection or cooking method. In some cases, certain menu items may need to be omitted entirely. Thank you for trusting us with your dining experience.

Our Team
Sean Munson
Sean Munson
Originally from Orkney, Scotland, Sean Munson began his hospitality career working in his family’s hotel and gained experience in every aspect of restaurant operations, from dishwashing and bartending to management. His passion for food, beverage and guest service helped earn recognition for the hotel’s dining outlets, including awards for best bar meal and best à la carte dining. After relocating to Orlando in 2019, Munson held leadership roles with Slate Restaurant and Gibsons Restaurant Group before joining NDM Hospitality in 2024.
Sean Marzan
Sean Marzan
Originally from Puerto Rico, Chef Sean Marzan began his culinary career in some of the island’s top restaurants, including Dragonfly, Aguaviva, and Verde Mesa. He earned degrees in Culinary Arts and Advanced Pastry Arts, graduating with honors, and has held leadership positions with award-winning restaurants and hospitality brands in Puerto Rico and Florida. Since joining NDM Hospitality in 2020, Marzan has held multiple leadership roles, including executive chef at Beachwalk and senior food and beverage manager at Encore Resort at Reunion.
Phil Baker
Phil Baker
Phil Baker brings more than a decade of hospitality leadership experience managing high-volume restaurant and bar operations, including concepts at Disney Springs, downtown Chicago and Dallas. Baker specializes in team development, beverage operations, inventory management and guest experience. He joined NDM Hospitality in 2024.
Jose Navarro
Jose Navarro
A graduate of culinary school in Venezuela, Jose Navarro has worked throughout South America and the United States, developing expertise in international cuisine and large-scale banquet operations. Since joining NDM Hospitality in 2024, he has helped lead culinary operations while supporting high-volume events and dining experiences. Outside the kitchen, Navarro has a background in computer science and is an accomplished musician.
Christine Velasquez
Christine Velasquez
Christine Velasquez combines a background in culinary operations with a degree in psychology and previous experience developing programs for adults with autism. After spending more than a decade working as a chef, Velasquez transitioned into operations leadership, where she focuses on team development, organizational effectiveness and enhancing the guest experience. Her experience spans both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Carrie Penalvert
Carrie Penalvert
Carrie Penalvert has more than 20 years of hospitality experience, including eight years with the company. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she began her career with NDM Hospitality as a line cook at Encore Resort at Reunion and advanced through a series of culinary and leadership roles. Today, she oversees operational performance, team development and service standards across multiple venues. Penalvert played a key role in launching new concepts within the NDM Hospitality portfolio and remains focused on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
